Lyubo Kuchuk is a seasoned entrepreneur with a distinguished track record in logistics, outsourcing, and development. As the former Director of Implementation at DHL, he spearheaded the construction and automation of over 50 warehouses globally, gaining invaluable experience in managing large-scale projects. Now a successful developer, Lyubo’s expertise extends across project management and investment strategy, positioning him as a pivotal leader in driving profitable real estate developments. His recent projects in the Hunter Valley and Sydney stand as a testament to his ability to deliver high-value returns for investors while ensuring sustainable, cutting-edge development.
Risk Manager
Natasha Kuchuk is a passionate property developer with extensive experience working alongside Lyubo on over 14 diverse projects. Her portfolio includes renovation, refurbishing, residential and commercial real estate, duplex developments, and site subdivisions. Natasha's primary focus is on risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring that all potential risk factors are analyzed and addressed. With personal funds invested in each project, she only commits to ventures where risks are either effectively managed or eliminated, ensuring a secure and profitable outcome for all stakeholders.
Project Manager
Sembat Abrahamian is an experienced project manager with over 13 years of expertise in residential construction and a proven track record of completing 17 successful developments. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Sembat is actively involved in every stage of the development process, from feasibility studies and planning to construction and final sales. His deep passion for development and attention to detail ensure that each project is treated with the same dedication as if it were his own, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for investors and stakeholders alike.
Town Planner
Wayne Collins is an experienced professional providing comprehensive property development consulting services. Specializing in navigating local Council regulations and securing development approvals, he manages everything from project team assembly and development application preparation to negotiations and securing final consents.
With extensive experience across Sydney, Camden, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and Tamworth, Wayne is well-versed in handling complex development projects. His expertise includes town planning advice, Statements of Environmental Effects reports, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.
